French photographer and storyteller, Pauline Petit, has always gravitated towards artistic fields, dreaming of being an artist, a singer, a painter, or a writer, as a child. It was only when her mother bought Pauline her first camera as a Christmas present in 2004, that she discovered her love for photography.
My work is influenced by the world around me. I aim to create art that is passionate and fun, humorous yet controlled, infused with curiosity and infinite possibilities.
The first camera I ever bought for myself was a Nikon D90. At the time, I had very little knowledge of photography, but after my friend recommended Nikon to me, I’ve never looked back. Nikon has been a reliable and solid presence throughout my career, right from my Nikon D90, all the way up to my latest camera, the Nikon Z 7II. My Nikon gear has always matched my passion for detail and precision, giving me the power to channel my ideas perfectly.
